Living is hard and not everyone is capable. I wish I had never been born; I'm tired of losing loved ones, working shitty jobs, not living to the fullest because I'm stuck in a neverending cycle. My loved ones die, my pets die, my friendships die. Not everyone is strong enough, and everyone is allowed to their own opinion

Make a list of big goals and then make lists of mini goals to get you to each of those grand goals. Just starting out small can build a lot of confidence to push forward. Believe in yourself. Inside under all the rubble you know you can do this.

If I had a magic wand or a genie in a bottle my only wish would be to never have been born, but saying that I never consented to it wouldn't cross my mind it's completely idiotic, there is no way to ask consent before creating a child as the child DOES NOT EXIST YET, so who are you asking consent to ? And even a fœtus is completely unable to give consent so you have to go on the assumption that your child would like to be born or humankind cesase to exist and goes extinct.. Does it suck for those of us who are not happy with the outcome ? Sure. Is it humankind problem ? No.

Imagine your version of continued consciousness had been able to see the world as it was before you were born. You had been able to see the absolutely horrible nature of it, the worst of the worst. You saw a mother being raped in a pool of her dead kids blood. The worst. Terrible things happen every second of every day. Now, what sort of person would have chose to be born if you had been given the full story before you jumped into life? I would argue only masochists, because only a masochist would choose that level of debauchery and suffering. Reasonable people would see that reality, and want nothing to do with it. I find myself in the same boat with this man. Also, once you are born, what is your way out? Suicide. Coming from someone who has seen a lot of death in my life, believe me, that isn’t an easy decision to make, and it isn’t a painless one. It is not unreasonable to feel trapped.
