Steve Buscemi’s hobo makes me laugh so darn hard every time, especially the court room scene. But it’s one of those movies, like many Adam Sandler comedies, that you don’t expect can make you cry as well (especially the older you get).

Juilian is either Cole Spouse or his twin brother but then again, If I remember straight, they switched on and off on set back in the day. But they went on to become Zack and Cody later on in life. But this is where they got their start.

Another fantastic choice!! I adore this movie. I saw it in theatres when it came out, and it’s been a comfort movie ever since. And a fun fact I remembered while watching your reaction, about the scuba Steve scene; On the dvd special features, there’s an interview where Adam reveals that, that was something his dad used to do for him as a kid. Dress up in a scuba suit and play with him and stuff

I think Vanessa's issue wasn't that she left Sonny, but that she over-corrected and dove into a new relationship without really thinking about it, which was what Sonny did by taking in Julien, just diving into taking him without further thought.
