In the interrogation he says it was actually his cousin Trenton, and Trenton is now deceased.
@brendab.5111 Жыл бұрын
The constant bringing up of his age is interesting also. Especially the part about the fire set in the house. His lawyers said “What kid doesn’t play with matches?” This was not a little child 5 or 6 years old playing with matches, and accidentally dropped the matches like AJ said. This was a 16 year old who had poured some kind of fire accelerant (I don’t remember if alcohol or other type) poured it across the foot of the stairs, and lit it.

I so agree with you, he really does seem cool as can be and enjoys discussing case which copies exactly what defense had to say. He lied to because the 2 masked men in father’s gym don’t resemble masked man at his house. Couldn’t see intruder’s face in his house nor in gym picture and they don’t look like black suspects can’t tell at all about appearance. AJ just repeats lawyers remarks which they failed to prove as relevant in trial and I hardly think state would plant info after waiting 7 years, plus camera was in use when blood expert was present. If state was so desperate to convict they would have done so during first or second trial.

You were willing to throw him under the bus but still will not name the person who witnessed you shoot the gun. Whole event would be so stressful and full of doubt about what terrible thing is happening…,definitely not composed and changing story about friend asking him to shot dad’s gun. Liar and just saying no I didn’t do it just doesn’t address state’s gathered facts. Experts testimonies refuted Defense hypothesis’ and who would know more experts in a field or defense lawyer? No evidence of prostitution ring, alarm not working, mystery man running away as witnessed by AJ but taking out time to write a meaningless note, watching you, when you just killed the 2 people and leaving behind murder weapon which the killer was able to find with no trouble in a dark house and former line backer sleeping near weapon and not disturb parents sleep. Like an alien came in picked 2 adults with teenagers in house and fly out without opening a door or window. Defense cannot refute facts cause they only have well maybes

7:30-7:50. They didn’t check the surveillance footage? Isn’t that grounds for appeal? The video must still be available somehow somewhere and can still be checked. Did he call his brother before or after he called the police. First the information is that he called his brother first, (28:53), then the other interviewer says he called his brother after (29:26). @YayRaven10 ай бұрын
I can see this guy to have planted the death threats as he harboured hatred to his parents because he disliked their discipline and their telling him what and what not to do. He should’ve been the one to kick out the house but he was a bit too young unfortunately. This guy belongs behind bars. So guilty!!

I am stuck on: * His father had been receiving death threats * The gym was broken into by a person fitting the description of who AJ saw in the house on the night of the murders…captured on video! * There was an eerily similar note with the same type of scribble writing left to a family member or friend on their car when the note left at crime scene was never released to the public at that time * They never got surveillance footage from areas in neighborhood * The alarm system in the house has been known to "fail" by multiple family members (documented 76 errors/failures) * No physical evidence in previous trials which ended in as hung jury…and then boom, right before this trial “blood evidence” was found with an extremely bizarre story behind it as to how they think it got there…their story does not make any sense to me at all. All of the above leaves me with reasonable doubt for sure.
@pinkflower3927 Жыл бұрын
Who said the father was receiving death threats, question? Is it legitimate If a masked man was running, where did he run to? No doors or windows were opened. As for the alarm system, the 76 errors were proven false, but it sure worked when AJ turned off the system and let the officers in. Think about it. He did it.

@Jackiedylan541 Жыл бұрын
You aren’t following facts in case. Anyone can say there were death threats but the defense had zero proof that this was true. The source was investigated and she had no way to show death threats were made, just her word, her word is meaningless without proof. The alarm expert testified the alarm system was working the night of murders and had records to prove his statements plus alarm records followed movement of cellphone with SAME time line, how could 2 companies get together and make exactly the same false records and why would they? The state told the jury that they could ignore the blood evidence if they wanted to and just focus on other evidence the state had, the state was not basing case on blood evidence at all and jury told that. It was AJ lies that sealed his fate, why shoot hole in his room and say he did it to show a friend that turns out doesn’t exist? How does the masked man escape sealed house? Note found makes no sense and what criminal would break into a house hoping to find a loaded gun not locked up and use as murder weapon and leave it behind? It certainly wasn’t a hired pro so another 16 year old? Like who. If alarm system not working why turn it off for police to see. Good thing you weren’t on jury you obviously can’t follow FACTS

No at 16 i would remember. If my parents die i would be frustrated and scared. Yes emotional. I lost my brother 2 years ago from heart attack and i was asking the police to may sure it wasnt murder. Your son was after the murder. You call your brother before 911. Is that fear? So he was mental before but your laywer said its after the parents. You lie again and confused. Your family sould be scared of you and the wife protects the son. You have no emotion. You should never kill your parents. It ends here. You are home. He is cold as ice. Yes but you suspect someone planted it. I would say who and get out. Also who was the friend you shoot for?

I do not like how spoke of his brother, that was totally out of line. AJ should have never done this interview. If he's innocent then focus on getting that dealt with. But don't drag your brother, what honour, or integrity 🤔 did he get in doing that. He has no scrupples. God will reveal the truth. It will come out.

I want too know why he didn’t look in his parent’s room but he went in to get his sister? How did he know something had happened to him parents?
@zuri4life8 ай бұрын
true, and how did he know that nothing had happened to his sister for him not to be afraid of going to get her? He had to run past their room to get to hers.
@rௐண7 ай бұрын
He passes his parents' room to get to his sister's room when his parents were the ones in greater need of medical attn given where he said he heard the shots came from. He didn't even open the door...nothing...to determine if there was even a remote chance that any of their lives could've been saved. The most audible part of the 911 call so happens to be when he is trying to wake his sister up--excessively trying to sound like the Herculean big brother--while the rest of the call was mostly uttered in whispered tones. I hope he knows that in the year 2063 he'll be simply eligible for parole but not guaranteed it.

I still have a soft spot in my heart for AJ, even though I'm convinced he murdered his parents. He commited a testosterone driven, atrocious, reprehensible crime at a ripe age. He needs rehabilitation. It’s good he's working staying busy and building up his character. As a black mom, this makes me sad. Even though AJ committed a heinous crime I still see him as one of our sons. I have a 16 yr old son I'm raising. When he doesn't get his way even at 16 he cries. One time punched in two doors in the home. Boys can be impulsive when angry. But to grab a gun and shoot. 😢 I see how it can happen. But it should not be normalized. Rehabilitation and leniency in his sentencing might make him confess. Until then he may never confess. The whole focus will remain building a case around reasonable doubt to get out of that 40 year life sentence. Did the father file a police report about death threats before he was murdered?
@Jackiedylan541 Жыл бұрын
You are right, if someone was threatening the father why? If it was hired hit I am sure that person brought his own gun and would not leave it in home. None of it makes sense
@bigred0079 Жыл бұрын
Forget AJ and focus on the 16 years old you're raising, don't you think that it's out of character for a child that age would cry and punch holes in walls because you said no. Stop making excuses and get the child counseling.

Why do too many Black mothers of sons insist on force teaming criminal Black males that they do not even know with their own Black sons? This dynamic is one of the top three things that inhibit internal cultural mechanisms to deal with infringing male violence and hedonism in our communities, yet the same type of Black mothers cry foul when White Justice system has to swoop in to clean up the after affects of Black Female Coddling Of Bad/ Incompetent Black Male Syndrome. Don't do your son's like that. They deserve far better than their mother seeing them in this murderer just because they share the same race. A normal person would not want to spiritually associate them or theirs with such a person. Black mothers of sons who see their sons in degenerate Black males brought to task by the justice system need to ask themselves why they have let White racism get such a hold of them to such a point. I would be embarrassed to perform Main Character Syndrome in a situation of a murderous criminal that I believe to be guilty and then justify said action by equivocating between him and any boy children , not because said children are similarly criminal, but because they are Black? Stop the red carpet for Black male degenerates, please.

@@o̸ණ agree, he is such a liar and clearly guilty, playing 16 year old card, he is arrogant. Can’t recall things he said during interview, the interview has been discussed multiple times. What person human that is knows there is a possibility you will go to prison for the rest of your life for killing two people and you tell them you don’t want to get that person involved. Huh!!!! This boy makes. No since at all. He is delusional and a liar like his mother side. He want to come and go as he pleases and they told him they ain’t going to happen he probably told the baby momma his plan she just ain’t saying nothing. The sister probably ask him what he was doing but was to young to understand her brother is a murder. I will continue to say he did it. Cause he is wayyyyy to comfortable il being his first time locked up. When he was ask the question how is it going. While out on bond this fool proceed to have a baby before he knew his faith. Once again defiant. And the Gaul of the defense trying to to blame his brother and Aj jr never told him Nawl it’s not my brother 👨🏽 it’s instead this fool said he was walking around acting strange like you….then he goes on to say o gotta protect mine. This boy did it and I’m not changing my mind. Aj jr did this murder. Point blank.

Sitting here watching Accused: Guilty or Innocent? I honestly believe he did not do it! He was whispering in the 911 call when he called so that the person could not hear him. They need to interview his other brother. Also, why wasn't there a lie detector test done on this case? They say there was no forced entry in the house due to the alarm but people were always going in and out of the home and sometimes the door is not shut all the way. More investigation needs to be done in this case.
