Oh wow! Pele. This was me in 2007 in a foreign country with a 4 year old son who was relying on me for everything, plus, I was walking around convincing everyone that I was holding it down nicely. I was not! I was almost packing my bags to return to naija when I remembered that my one month salary was 10 years salary in naija. Haha I should have started documenting my journey back then haha. But please watch the garlic intake, too much can cause your blood to thin and clotting won't be as fast as should be. Postpartum/Antepartum hemorrhage can occur as a result.

During pregnancy, women can develop deficiencies, so we need to drink so much more water, more vegetables, more healthy protein, etc. It could be that you're producing more wax (oil/sebum production is often affected by hormone fluctuation)?
