I'm smiling Zac as I watched this video. Luckily I only had a new fur rug on the back seat of my car courtesy of Rosie my German shepherd. I have one of those hammock looking back seat covers now. It took me a good 40 minutes to get her fur off the back seat before I installed the back car seat cover for dogs. Rosie hasn't been in the car since its last service so the air conditioner and filters are fine and we both enjoy going on long walks for a few hours.. I usually give all my clothes etc a good shake outside before they go into the washing machine and usually line dry my clothes if weather permits. Living in SA we have a lot of sunny days except for this week rain on and off for the next week. I believe you can get a vacuum cleaner attachment for cleaning computer keyboards. I use desktop computers which I built myself at home and open them up and give them a clean two to three times a year. Thank God for Dyson vacuum cleaners they do a great job sucking up Rosie's shedded fur.

she has this sweet look on her face like i so didn't mean to daddy, bless her sweetheart and yes they shed a lot and if you have a PC tower check it out it can over heat if the dog hair gets in it we love our sweet GS and hair can be cleaned up .....stay safe......

I have also learned these painful lessons around dog hair. Our previous dog, William the Weimaraner (www.sydneyghosttour.com/blog/archives/09-2013) used to shed very fine grey hair. I had no idea just how pervasive his hair was until the day that we brought home a Dyson vaccuum cleaner. We have a wool blend cream carpet throughout our apartment. This carpet literally changed 7 shades of colour the first time we used it on our carpet - and the cyclonic action of dog hair in the dust receptacle made it all too obvious who the culprit was! However - Hera our Long Stock Coat German Shepherd ( www.sydneyghosttour.com/hera---the-ghost-guard-dog.html) sheds hair far more than William ever used to. We would have tumbleweeds of hair rolling around the house if we didn't vacuum as often!. She and her best mate Tad the German Shepherd, who belongs to a senior lady who lives nearby, both leave a trail of hair on the back seat, where I have a Kurgo seat protector . However - outside air blows that hair all through my Volvo, meaning that not only does every surface of the cabin need vacuuming - it also requires Glen-20 to neutralise the odour from the oils in the fur. It is worth getting a workshop manual for your car and some hand tools so that you don't need a mechanic or car dealer to check , vacuum or replace your filters if necessary. Changing most air conditioning filters in cars is usually as simple as changing a light bulb, and you will save yourself a fortune in labour, and parts if you buy them via EBay or Amazon. I also use attachments for the vacuum cleaner to get into keyboards, and have a small air compressor for blowing out dust and hair from inside computer equipment and electrical appliances, which I do once every few months. Don't let getting into places that have cooling fans take too long - it really does bite you in the wallet! :-)

We got rid of hair and dirt when we bought a dog trailer. It has ventilation, lights and other good things and the dogs are well placed with plenty of space 👍
