Riding my bicycle home was interesting!

She was drinking 0.5l, so it would just add 1$ to it. VAT would be like 2.75$. So let's say it really cost 8$. The real expense here is the location and the people working there. Usually/often no tip.

I think the line "I work for Magnus" is a top tier pick up line in the chess world. During editing is when she came up with that, "here's something I have never told anyone in the world, if you see me looking at my opponent like a love sick school girl it just means I am confident in my position on the board."
