This just popped up on my feed. I am constantly going back and forth about what to do when it comes to my career , I’m smart I do my job extremely well all I ever hear is how great I am , but I’m never chosen for better positions , I’m never picked I have so much to give but it’s like I never get the opportunity, I dislike what I do I currently am going back to college for another degree in HR leadership . my entire life is I give and give and give and I never get my cup filled . God has blessed me with the gift of being able to speak , and be comfort to people and I don’t know if that’s my calling to just listen to people and give them the advice and acknowledgment they need to heal . Sometimes it becomes tiring that everyone just comes to me and want my advice and just random people coming to me and they said I made their day or I helped them mentally . I thought about making a KZbin , but right now I’m in the process of losing weight and really getting back to myself but I been brainstorming I love to read and I feel like more black women should even be in those spaces of making literature channels .i don’t know what the future holds for me all I know is I’m tired of losing as well .

No fake happiness or trying to water down the experience. Just be raw and real in a way you never have before. ❤️❤️ Search KZbin for how to monetize KZbin channel and how to get started with KZbin. Several videos will pop up that can get you started. 😊❤️ KZbin takes consistency and showing up in the same way that we may show up to a job or project. KZbin is about people and developing connections. It’s heart work and then it turns into profit.
