I love the fact that Rise to Full Height is a Normal Trap Card that shows Superheavy Samurai Big Benkei, when the entire archetype’s main gimmick is that they have NO Spell or Trap Cards in the Graveyard!

I was on the receiving end of Rise to Full Height’s Graveyard effect during locals (my opponent was playing Tearlaments). It’s one of those cards that’s unexpected, but can get you good when it’s timed just right.

I love this deck. It's extremely cheap, with the only URs being stapels, or one-offs. I usually don't like mill decks, but this one feels good to me. I love decks that have to make your opponent think and play with skill instead of power. I never am upset when I lose with these decks because I feel like the opponent earned it.

Paleos have a great matchup against snake-eye and tenpai but due to time rules cant compete competitively. In a time wizard format for this current format its going to go wild so long as time rules dont hinder it

Love the videos but I have to keep saying it. They ruined the game. A player should not be able to go through half their deck on turn one period. That is such a ridiculous way of playing this game and shows no skill at all. It's literally luck of the first draw. They cater to noobs, all they do is summon this normal or special summon that summon summons summons there's no thought at all. It's so lazy and turn one player takes sooo long to play like I be falling asleep, it's such a lazy noob way of playing theirs no critical thinking. They probably got too much complaints from kids or sum cause this game is to easy to summon monsters now. How in the hell is it fair for the second turn player who literally can't do anything because one hasn't started the game yet. By the time second turn comes around first turn player already went though half their deck. Like make it make sense, this game is garbage now.

Bruh, who the hell cares. If someone (especially a pro player like Josh) makes a deck profile video of a deck, obviously other players who like the deck/archetype are gonna be playing it as well. This same argument can be said for every meta deck. Also on top of that, this style of Paleo is not new to anyone. The only thing that Josh inspired is probably Soldier Dragon and Elemental Burst. Everything else is pretty standard/expected from a Paleo deck

​@@gbsmoke6209dragon soldier was actually tech from someone else who was playing paleo and Josh was talking about it then tried it on stream to see what it was about then realized how good it was he also got the zelantis tech from the same player. Elemental burst was a chat suggestion. Regardless I agree it really doesn't matter who came up with what as long as we all enjoy the fruits of labor.
