Recipe 1:
Cup of coffee 200 ml.
150 ml milk.
10 grams of gelatin.
Let the gelatine swell for 5 minutes.
500 ml Greek yoghurt.
Sweetener to taste.
Heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until the gelatine has completely dissolved.
Do not bring the mixture to a boil.
Divide the mixture between plates.
Chill for 1-2 hours.
1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Recipe 2:
1 apple.
1 tbsp vegetable oil.
Agave syrup to taste or any sweetener.
1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Grind some walnuts.
Lightly fry in a pan for 1-2 minutes.
Moisten the frying pan with water and place baking paper on it.
Place apples on top.
50 g almond flour.
50 g rice flour or your favorite flour.
1 tbsp. l. sweetener. 1 tsp cinnamon.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder + 1 teaspoon vinegar.
150 ml oat milk or any milk of your choice.
Pour the mixture over the apples.
🔥 Cook over low heat for 8-12 minutes.
In the meantime, let's make coffee!
25 grams of white chocolate.
Cover the cake and let it rest for 5 minutes.
