I found out that the metal gate at the front entrance actually can fully close. If they go under it enough times or it has a chance where it doesnt take too many passes, the gate will shut behind them amd if you are unfortunately inside, you can only get out by fire exit

Have you tried one person stays on ship, one person goes to pick up loot only at doors, and two go in for loot in each door. Using comms for coordinating the run for maximum chance. The less experienced are the 2 that get the loot and the other, more experienced, take less risk to make the run go fast.
