Stayed here as well 3 years back when they first opened it up! The place is very well maintained, luxurious, and spacious for how small it is. It's a beautiful neighborhood hidden in the trees with rivers and creeks flowing throughout its trails. Very safe and secured and as he mentioned you need a key fob to enter. One con I will mention though is that there are a ton of cheaper places in the same neighborhood with very similar amenities. I've stayed at two other Airbnb's in the neighborhood and while this one was my favorite of the three, it was probably on the bottom of the Worth It scale. This place is overbooked and on the pricier side. Many of the Airbnb's in the neighborhood have hot tubs and each one of them have been magical. Deming is blanketed by forests so relaxing in the hot tub when the sun is hitting the trees just right or soaking in one while the rain is hitting all of the leaves is an experience I think everyone should at least once. Highly, highly recommend staying in that neighborhood if you're in the area.

These places you review & your videos just keep outdoing the one before! What a beautiful home, spacious though so small & wonderful amenities with those upper & lower deck with that cedar hot tub! Beautiful house. Needed some safety features like window and door grills. Plus a small compound wall would be great. I've seen too many American horror movies maybe that's y felt little creepy😅. Most Airbnbs do not have any enclosures around the house. I wonder why

Nice shower! I don't know if it will fit 2 people though 😅😂. Hmm, not available until Nov 1, at $469 a night! It's the PNW so 99% chance of rain in November. Bring rain gear, wine, good books or movies. The listing warns of many power outages during winter. And slower Wifi. Wood fireplace at least.

Thats the 3 sec rule. Its to keep a better phase and keep viewers interested. You would normally linger to a scene for dramatic effects but the establishing shots would normally be just a few sec. He also mixed it w/ longer shots to allow the viewers to picture how the whole place is connected to the previous room and sometimes for you to simply appreciate things that he wants to highlight, like the river shot and the outdoor bath view. I personally know this things because, When I first stumbled upon this channel, I was not looking for vacation recommendations. instead, I was looking for references on how to create establishing shots, How to tell story without dialouges and how to achieve the same colors that Levi or his editors used. Hope this helps you understand his choice of shots and length of shots he is using. Cheers and keep enjoying his contents 😊
