Nung kelan bumili ako ng PC sa inyo and gave my friend the break down, and he reacted that I could've gotten the prices lower if I picked it out myself. Ang sagot ko sa kanya is I don't want the hassle of chasing after multiple retailers if ever magkasira yung parts. But for me, it's the guarantee and peace of mind that I can easily reach out to you guys for a repair or warranty. I've gotten so much bad experience sa after sales ng mga retailers dito sa pinas, and it's quite rare to find a store like yourselves!

as someone who previously worked in retail brands [apparel - international and OEM]; this is true. main HQ and manufacturers CAN dismiss your RMA, since technically it is out of their hands. it falls to the franchise/brand holder in the PH, then they CAN pass it down to retailers/shops here in PH to deal with the problems. they will only step-in IF the brand name gets caught in the crossfire. I'm not saying it always goes bad, but I'm just saying there are brands and franchise holders in PH that does this. sadly, the retail store has to shoulder everything else.

Bought an Asus VG249Q1A. After 5 months, may horizontal line na sa top part. Message the shop, processed the warranty, returned the broken monitor, and then boom, received a new model, Asus VG249Q3A. I think misunderstanding lang talaga, what if maayos lang yung communication sa both sides, hindi pa sana lalaki yung issue.

Ang linaw ng communication stop defending brands that are only after our money. I've had issues with Asus, MSI and Gigabyte, etc.. They are all after our money, may mga instance I had to be rude to them and threaten them para makuha ko lang gusto ko from them. Suwerte it worked. I've also had issues na wala na akong magawa and I had to swallow na nawalan ako ng pera.

Suwerte tayo we have HW Sugar or PCHub na have treated me well. HW Sugar goes the extra mile compared to the other retail shops. Sa PCHub pag wala na talaga warranty sorry ka, si HW Sugar lang ang kahit walang warranty fight. It's not about Asus or any manufacturer, it's about the retailer doing super good!

I would imagine the reason was because shipping costs are a lot lower to rma items to the manufacturer here compared to in the US, it incentivized asus in NA to just be scummy in their rma practices to not bother sending items back to taiwan for repairs or something if they dont have a proper repair facility in NA.

Still using my GPU that I bought from your shop for 4 years now. Asus strix and walang a proble problema. Minsan talaga matatapat lang tayo sa defective na item and it really happens.

sa motherboard gigabyte ako dto sa pinas or asrock maganda rma nila dto. ala nang back n fort basta sabihin mo lng ng malinaw ung issue at ipadala sakanila and they will fix it. sa gpu maganda nmn experience ko sa colorful. nag garbage display, ala na din back n forth sinabi ko lng issue at pinadala. ang problema lang imbis na ausin ng colorful eh pinalitan ng bago haha. sa asus mobo/laptop products nakaka bwisit lang kasi lagi tuwing 1-4 months after warranty lumalabas ang sira kaya d ko din mapa rma na 😅 laging mag babayad for repair. kaya d ko din kinuha ung rog ally at nag steam deck nlng ako at super happy dahil sa microsd issue ng asus haha

Noon napansin ko kapag sira yung motherboard naninira ng ram talaga. Kasi matibay naman talaga ang ram eh, di basta basta nasisira. Kaya nag laptop na ako sa lahat ng bagay para di na rin ako mag overclock. Ewan ko lang ngayon, pero mukhang mas matitibay na yung motherboard ngayon.

A tech friend told me. Dito sa PH walang problem sa asus. Diyan lang talaga yan sa US. Id believe him kasi siya handle ng sales and RMA sa known shop here

Yes, depende po talaga sa region/country. Outsourced kadalasan nangyayari dito sa Pinas. Many authorized service centers of Asus here in PH are 3rd parties.

I think there's other way kung bakit hindi masyado Vocal yung issue for specific Brand or any other brand since marami dito sa pinas sa retailer bumibili not directly from the Brand itself. And I do believed that retailers really don't expose these Brands about their services. Since the USA or other part of region mas exposed ang poor services kase directly from brand to customers, and we know lots of Customers are Vocal about it. Iba lang siguro ang way ng pag deal dito sa pinas since brands really dont work as ONE Building, but many from different region.

Dapat kasi kay Asus dapat sa simula pa lang sabihin nila na wala sa warranty ang joystick. Kasi iyan ang pinaka madaling masira at bagama't maliit iyan karamihan ng gumagamit nyan ay adult na na sobrang lakas at mabigat ang mga kamay. Kapag nabasa iyan ng user ay ugaliin na nila na ingatan ito. O di kaya sa modular na lang yung design nila ng joystick para kapag masira bibili lang yung user ng bagong joystick tapos i-plug lang ayos na. Bagaman convenient ito ay may tendency na tumaas ang presyo pero walang sakit ng ulo sa sa lahat except sa bulsa.

naka dismaya lang sa asus. last year bumili ako ng Monitor ASUS TUF VG27AQL3A around 20k+ pero ngayon nasa 15k+ nalang presyo nya. ang bilis bumaba ng presyo. gusto ko sana mag palit ng ASUS ROG STRIX Monitor yung bago na nasa around 17k+ kaso d na mabenta etong Monitor ko sa presyong 2nd hand 16k to 17k kasi may bagong labas na Monitor si ASUS na ASUS ROG STRIX. .
