I had a similar experience with them too. I booked a VW vento (they had only 4-5 cars)on spot according to my specifications. The sales person gave me smug looks and said “Think before booking a car”(because he has to process documentation for every booking).He had less knowledge than me about the car and was absent most of the time. Even though the car was good, because of irresponsible behaviour from sales team and their high sticker price on VW cars I chose to buy a new Škoda Slavia. Cars24 should hire some responsible competent salespeople who should know at least basic selling points of the car. And yes it it was exactly like a fish market.

I had best experience with spinny. We test drived almost 6 vehicle in an hour and waited another hour to take decision to buy or not. The sales executive was so polite till we leave the showroom without buying .

I got a car from cars24, the advisor was knowledgeable and did a great job in supporting. Provided all the docs we requested and walked us with all the process. Even, the advisor directly made us talk with the GM as the advisor didnt have knowledge on a certain question. Yeah, there are some advisors who doesnt have knowledge and are like this. And 7 day return policy lam urrutu, neraya terms and conditions..

Good information brother. Very useful. I got a new knowledge that cars till 5 years only will be given for service in the respective service centers. But i leave my Ford Figo car only in Ford service centre till now . My Figo diesel car is 10 years old and still it runs like new because i maintain it well and give only in Ford Service center.

Super bro. Very transparent review. You would have tried spinny or VJ cars for pre-owned cars. They're more professional than cars 24. Also cars 24 always buys the car at lowest price & sells at a higher price without repairing anything

Apart from mechanic check , try to check the major insurance claims if any , if you have any friends working as body shop manager in an service centre, or any one working as surveyor in any motor insurance company can help you . You can find odometer run details, in service records and insurance claim details also

I had very good experience with Spinny (Truebil), we don't need book every car for test drive, I went to Marina mall, they told to go around all the cars, whatever you like you can take for test drive and they gave all the service documents and papers after the test drive. Only concern is like you mentioned, it is a fixed price, we can't negotiate at all.

I bought a car from spinny last year.. am very much satisfied with their process and car quality.. give it a try... yes price is little high than open market..but they have set the standard which is copied by cars24.. when company is new to market...they don't usually cheat... hope spinny stays true to its customers on long run

A very nice and honest presentation of what transpired at cars 24 , you see this case in most no almost all corporate business houses where the show is run by idiots with no education or knowledge of customers PR , these guys are all fly by night operators who will dissappear at the slightest hint of trouble . I had a very bad experience with these guys when i sold my honda city to them and had to recover my money by twisting their arm in small payments and as far as the 7 day return policy is concerned they dont stand to loose a thing, but the 1st owner will be in trouble if the car is involved in a accident or a crime scene . So to cut it short my suggestion is to avoid such car sellers and to buy from your friends circle or from any of the reputed private dealers .

I could see the comments and analyse but my experience with Spinny and cars 24 was good I could select and drive the vehicle I went only on sat but the catch is only 3 cars you can drive . In cars 24 you can nicely drive the car and but but in Spinny you can drive only in the basement for fun mall ( that won’t give you a great experience) but my experience was good may be it was luck .but I tried in Coimbatore.

Same Thiruverladu yard la thaan eduthen even test drive pannathume they showed all the documents and service records at the time when I told them that I'll make the advance now. But overall good experience bro. I tried multiple cars,. service person was very good and he was so patient and helped me with multiple test drive.

I sold my car in 2020 at cars24. I have not received the RC transfer till now from cars 24. I came to know that they sold my car to some dealer, the dealer sold my car to some individual. Cars24 have some dispute with the dealer and the dealer have some dispute with the buyer who bought my car. Finally I am getting all penalty Challan and other fine notices to my address. I spoke to many people in cars24 they are not disclosing any statement and simply saying still RC transfer is in progress. Tell me one thing to transfer the name in RC it takes 3 years? Advising you all not to go cars24. Find some direct buyer and do the transaction.

உண்மைதான் நான் குரு ஒரு கார் வாங்கினேன் விலை ரொம்ப அதிகம் வாங்கி இரண்டு மாதத்தில் அதிக செலவு வைத்தது.. முதல் மாதத்தில் கூலிங் காயில் இரண்டாம் மாதத்தில் பேட்டரி பிறகு பிரேக் டிஸ்க் தொடர்ந்து இரண்டு மாதத்துக்கு வரும் வரை ஒரு செலவு வந்து கொண்டே தான் இருக்கிறது.. 2014 madal 4லட்சத்து 65 ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் ஏமாந்து விட்டேன்
