Man Chris came fucking HARD with the lyrics. He's speaking the truth about those who are in power and have too much fucking money. This song has so many layers to it. Like a delicious triple layer brownie. We are blessed with TWO breakdowns. Chris is a lyrical genius. 🤘

i just LOVE when guest features contribute to the whole vibe of the song. that lead up to the breakdown had knocked loose’s style written all over it, the chorus was unmistakably a motionless in white staple, the riffs were very much a blend of the two bands, and the back and forth between chris and brian was superb! bands should take lots of notes from this song and from dark bloom reimagined with we came as roman’s and brand of sacrifice. that’s how you do a feature!

It’s not just softer music tho….most people who enjoy ballads relate themselves to the music. People who haven’t experienced tragic life moments do not relate to the music. That is why people love masterpiece, not just the fact that it isn’t heavy, but the relatability if that makes any sense.
