Cooking recipe and ingredients:
200 ml of warm milk.
200 ml of warm water.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
10 g dry yeast.
Mix everything well, cover and set aside for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
1 egg.
Add 30 ml of vegetable oil.
Mixing.
Sift 450 g of wheat flour.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Knead the dough with a spoon.
Add another 200 g of flour.
Continue kneading the dough with your hands until it is smooth.
Put the dough in a cup greased with vegetable oil.
Cover with cling film.
Leave in a warm place to rise for 50-60 minutes.
The dough rose well. Like a cloud 😋.
Form a ball from the dough.
Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces.
Make a ball out of each piece of dough.
Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and set aside in a warm place for 20 minutes to rise.
Roll out the dough as shown in the video.
Roll up.
Fix the edges.
Use the first three pieces of dough.
Connect the edges.
Repeat after me. It's easy.
Place on a tray lined with baking paper.
We also make our second future bread.
Cover and set aside in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Yolk add 2 teaspoons of milk.
Brush the surface of the pastry with the egg.
Sprinkle with sesame.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (356°F) for 30-35 minutes.
The bread is ready.
Look how beautiful they are!
Let them cool down a bit.
