Have you done a video on the FST accuracy. I believe in practice it's 47% accurate but in ideal conditions with proper training it's like 80% accurate. I could be wrong, it has been a long time since I've looked at the studies.

Perhaps you know the "Rumpole of the Bailey" series about a British criminal defense barrister. (Brilliant, funny stuff.) Rumpole fails to win many of his cases because he knows the judge - but doesn't adapt to the judge's idiosyncratic temperament and preferences. Fun seeing the other, more successful, side in the real world.

8:12 that is the biggest biggest issue with our b.s. "Justice System" its not really about right wrong good evil and more about your connections with the D.A and judges and their feelings about you and your clients. If the like your lawyer and you then if you arw really innocent or guilty

I thought I was getting judge NEAL, I got judge Harden instead and he is kinda an a hole, but I will be friendly and respectful and try to get him on my side! I mean hell the cop is gonna get laughed out of the court room once he says, “I arrested him because he insulted me” I really hope he says that
