Useful Video! I used to take a lot of harsh words from others and being nice to them because I hate fighting with others. Over the period it developed a low in my thoughts and sometimes I was feeling like am I really worth in this society. That statement "Don't take any shit from others" is meaningful. If we don't take it, then it will not be in our container. It just remained my grandmother came alive ghosh!

Hi Aleena.. I followed your advice for the 1st presentation that I need to deliver at my university today.. I came across your video yesterday and followed your advice by dressing up well that increased my confidence and I made the mindset that I am not going to think much about how others might feel. Moreover used the hand gestures, maintained the eye contact while going through the bullet points on the slides.. Can you share some tips on organising and gathering the ideas and words for speaking spontaneously on a topic in a group. The mind goes blank for unfamiliar topics that doesn't happen if you have already have some idea about expressing it before as it happened with my PPT the expression of my thoughts that I practiced and fortunately it went well..

Aleena mam today I m very happy as I talked with people in English through an App. I tried and talked but rarely I was correct means grammar issue,tense issue etc were there. Where I hv to say "was" I said "is",I said his at the place of her and vice-versa,if I understood my mistake,I correct at the same time. But after sometime I just stopped thinking about my mistakes and continue talking. All participants are very friendly and understanding. It is all because of u mam, Today I watched ur video in which u said to grab a situation or participate in the situation which are more difficult one,just push urself,let the other person judge u,mock u,laugh at u and all. I just repeated u and ur words in my mind and make a request to participate in their conversation. They accepted my request and all we talk to each other.
