Breadcrumbs - 100 grams / 3.50 oz
Parmesan - 100 grams / 3.50 oz
Ingredients for the garlic sauce
Yogurt - 2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 3 cloves
Parsley
Salt to taste
Method of preparation
Cut the potatoes into large slices. We put them in a bowl. In a bowl, mix olive oil with salt, black pepper, red pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Mix well and pour over the potatoes. Rub the spices with olive oil well into the potatoes.
We sprinkle them with breadcrumbs and parmesan. Arrange them in a tray covered with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C/392°F for 40 minutes. Prepare the garlic sauce by mixing the yogurt with the mayonnaise, garlic and parsley.

Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
Cream - 200 ml
Cheese - 180 grams / 6 oz
Garlic - 7 cloves
Olive oil - 30 ml
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Green garlic - 1 stick
Method of preparation
Cut the potatoes, place them in a tray and season them with salt, oregano, black and red pepper. Add 4 cloves of garlic and olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C/428°F for 35 minutes.
During this time we prepare the sauce. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with the mayonnaise and cream. We add 3 cloves of garlic, which we press with a garlic press. Season with salt. We mix well.
At the bottom of a tray, put half the amount of the resulting sauce. Sprinkle with half the amount of grated cheese and arrange the potatoes. Put the rest of the sauce between the potatoes. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C/392°F.
