This is very sad and disturbing... I am from Pakistan first thing most likely he knew English. Even if Pakistani people don't speak they do understand basic English. It's disgusting! I just don't know what to write I find some Pakistani men are too much. Please be careful and take care also do tell your neighbors about it and keep a taser or something. You can also tell another Pakistani in the building to see to it. I'm so disappointed that a Pakistani made you go through this.

Imagine he was just staring and didn't talk. Creepy. I felt so violated. I told my neighbor friends and I also don't go to the rooftop oftenly. But they left sometime back... So I never see them around anymore 😊. I'm doing okay though
