I love the way he speaks about Hungary. I'm happy he's noticing the disgusting situation the country's in right now

@@TonyAmos-r3u He's a naive, neoliberal globalist fool. Great filmmakers are artists and artists are idealists, not realists or historians. In Bela's world, Hungary would be overrun with Africans and Syrians and the Hungary as it has existed for 1,000+ years would cease to exist in a generation or two. I love Tarr's films, but people like him cannot see the forest for the lone tree that sits in front of their rose-tinted, emotional goggles. The irony is, if he and his ilk could have their way, they would unwittingly usher in far greater tyranny, despair, and despotism than they knew could exist. The same naive idealism that gave us horrors of communism in the last century. Artists, in the past and still today, cannot see three steps down the road of causation. Hungary, unlike its neighbors to the west, will remain a true European society well into the future (thank you, Orban).

Does he have any illness?

Smoking. Probably a heavy drinker, but that's just speculation. He also seems to have Parkinson's. He's aged beyond his years. He's only 6 years older than Tom Cruise...two shocking extremes for men in their 60s.
