I don't like how the media treats Darwin ham. They treat him like he did no wrong. He has been a bad coach the past 2 seasons. It doesn't take a basketball savant to know he is a bad coach.

@@ratcomedyA good coach doesn’t lose to the same team 10 times in a row, especially a 20 point lead in the second half, one of his main issues is that he doesn’t understand when to use his timeouts, Malone will see the lakers score b2b and call a timeout, darvin will let the nugget go on a 17-6 run before he thinks about calling a timeout

Exactly, this is why I have eastablished a hate/love for these shows. The guy is not doing a good job. No Chill Gill been roasting him all year. No timeout, No real adjustments. Gabe or Dinwiddle should have been on Murray. Lebron stayed on Jovic because he was getting all his point on Ad and the smart choice was to put Ad on Murray but Ad didn't take the assignment seriously and should have crowded his space immediately, forcing him to pass. If they were to make it pass Denver and win a chip, It will be of no help from Darvin.

Kobe told Dwight Howard that he was SOFT. But it was Dwight’s defense on Jokic that helped the Lakers beat Denver in 5 back in 2020. But back in 2020, Aaron Gordon was not with Denver. Neither was KCP who was on that Lakers squad. So let’s say Lakers got Dwight a fourth time, it’s no guarantee Lakers win because Aaron Gordon is big and as strong as Dwight. I think Denver should get rid of DeAndre and go get Dwight to prevent the Lakers from getting him again. Who Kobe called soft is becoming the Lakers’ savior at beating Denver.

Darvin Ham cost the Lakers many games this season by not using every timeout and not challenging important plays like the DLO head contact at the end of game 2. It’s always on the players to perform but it’s on the coach to call the right plays and make adjustments, especially when a team is up double digits multiple times and loses at the end. This Lakers roster is capable of a championship but has also had questionable lineup rotations from the beginning of the season. The biggest issue is coaching and you are now hearing it from the players themselves. AD is keeping it 100.

unless you're a laker fan, you wont understand what AD is saying. Darvin is a terrible coach. For context, left the game with not 1 but 2 TO left and didnt use a challenge, when he could of. For example, when dlo got hit in the face or when bron went to contest jamal murray, etc. He's terrible at making in game adjustments as well. I'll never understand blaming Coaches. Darvin Ham has been fine. - DLo going 0-7 is not Ham's fault - Davis getting cooked on a step back game winner is not Ham's fault. Hachimura going 0-7 in that game is not Ham's fault. The team not scoring for 17 minutes isn't his fault. - DLo struggling in the first game is not his fault Energy also just didn't look like it was there. This is a veteran team if you need help getting fired up to play, that's got to come from within. It's not your coach's job to make you want to play a playoff game. You should care. They ran Frank Vogel out of town. Ran Luke Walton out of town. The Lakers have had 5 coaches in 10 years. They've had a revolving door of personnel. What would really change if you fired him? At what point do you look at the Anthony Davis and LeBron thing and admit that the team is just too top heavy and the duo doesn't really compliment each other all that much? They have a top heavy roster and then outside of the top 3-4 guys, there really is no hierarchy of skill so it's hard for him to know who should get minutes and who shouldn't. Their 4th - 10th man are all practically the same skill level. If guys are gonna not make shots what is he supposed to do? It's not like there is some Tyler Herro, Naz Reid, Malik Monk type guy buried on that bench that isn't getting enough minutes. This team just isn't that good. The only consistent guys are LeBron and AD. They don't have Carusos or Caldwell Popes anymore that can make up for off shooting with good defense. They don't have centers 3 deep that have been on teams that made the finals.
