They lie being completely natural they all use Hgh for recovery, its impossible to armwrestle so much as pro's do and not get your arm completely destroyed. Everyone who tried practicing armwrestling for real knows how damaging the sport Is for the arm and one Strong Session at the table reaquires weeks od recovery and these guys train multiple Times per week + the gym
