As a frequent client of CopaAirlines, I have to desagree because firstly if they ask you to get off the plane, is because they received an order which they have to follow , from USA government or Pty, .You have to understand airlines have to follow international laws, depending on who’s order they were following, .they should have found you a place to sleep and reschedule your fly to NY. People can’t generalize an episode that happened , saying that it’s was the Airline’s fault, . Finally you never said if they told you the reason why precisely they took you both out of the aircraft.

I always used it's the best from TRInidad I got it from TRInidad to Panama then barranquillia an Santo Domingo great great treatment connection an baggage is great

Sorry to hear your story! I definitely agree. This airline is the worst I've ever had. They had been canceled my tickets without notice. I bought my tickets two months ago. I was checking my trip these days, and I couldn't find it. (If I didn't check it, I would go to the airport without the tickets!!! ) I called and spent the whole day for the answer. They said it had been canceled. I replied, there is no mail and confirmation about why. MOREOVER, I DIDN'T REQUEST A REFUND!!!!! They said there is no solution. I need to rebook the flight. What a helpful answer. The reservation service was rude and hung up my phone. Not only did I get a refund free without knowing why my ticket had been canceled, but also they didn't try to solve the problem. Instead of helping me to find another ticket, I need to pay more money to buy another ticket on my own. I strongly recommend booking another airline because I waste a lot of time and money. Sadly to say, I wouldn't take this airline ever either.

Viajás en época de Covid, a joderse, e ir al cuartito a tomar Quina. Copa no tiene la culpa. Ellos no pone las reglas. Las pone el gobierno de Panama. Copa es una de las MEJORAS lineas aereas del mundo. Tienen el "turn around" MAS corto y eficaz conocido en la Industria. Nadie sabe como lo hacen Jámas se atradan y nunca se pierden las maletas en los "turn around" es una compania FANTASTICA.

Try getting a refund on a flight for which COPA canceled my resrvation. 7 months ago. To date its nothing but radio silence. I love COPA FLIGHTS but you just try getting a refund ... I dare you! Salud from Nicaragua.

Acabo de llegar a Colombia y estaré dos meses. Yo me muero que me pase eso. Mejor dicho, a mi me pasa eso yo los demandaría. A la venida me fue muy bien con la Compañía, espero que el regreso a Canadá sea como la venida. Que rabia. Lo lamento.,

Did you contact the DOT to start an investigation into who was responsible for sounding the false alarm which wrongfully hindered your rightful travel to your home country? Seems to me you might be going after the wrong people here. Perhaps it was Copa or perhaps it was an outside authority incorrectly ordering Copa to suspend your travel privileges. Who ever it was, somebody probably needs to face disciplinary action.
