Fun fact, an employee is paid from his/her application for employment which “application” IS actually a U.C.C. article five Letter of Credit authorizing access to the applicants credit AND authorizing the opening of a credit account and which original application, when not returned to the employee creates a trust. You need to reach out to one of your police departments and/or your state training Academy for law enforcement, and ask if you can set in which usually is allowed on their training for the constitution and constitutional rights. I think you would be shocked at the training they get… Or should I say not get. When I went to the Academy, they handed me a pocket version of the constitution and the Bill of Rights told me to read it. That was it.
