Why promise him a deal ? Why believe him after his story changed years later. He suddenly remembered what she said 4 years later ? We are not talking 4 weeks here. It seems strange, even if the witness hated police, that she did not tell the police she was Michelle’s alibi. Given the fact they were so close that should have overcome any prejudice she had for the police. To refuse to speak to them other than through email is also strange even with her mistrust of police. I believe an email conversation wasn’t just about mistrust but an effort to compose a narrative for police with help from Michelle, the person she is constantly in contact with. I wish police had forced her hand and called her in for an interview, face to face, looking into her eyes quote, unquote.

She wasn’t her alibi though. She saw her on 5/24 around 11, for a short amount of time. The rest of the time she just texted or talked on the phone with her. I'm latina and I know how the rich people from Latin America are, they feel superior no just because they have money and power also en physical appearance most of them they are so entitled and greedy. When MT father and family were talking about her case they speak like humble and poor.. pretending they came to the states like most of latinos comes working in factories cleaning etc etc they are rich she is a socialite . Makes me sick when I see them speaking about justice when they know she is guilty they should to be embarrassed and have some respect for Jennifer and family. 💜

Why didn't she acknowledge the frustration Fotis had with why he wasn't allowed contact with the children. Wife murderers don't make great parents. Fotis killed Jennifer, thinking once she was outta the picture, he'd get full custody of the children, and instead, he got a rude awakening .He murdered Jennifer and lost his children completely !!!!!

P.S.. I’m STILL only getting after the fact helping & hindering an investigation. Still no real proof of actually planning the murder. She for SURE helped after, but I’m not 100% ( like 98.5%) sold on pre- mediation. But then, the fireplace and coming & going & washing the truck, that’s pushing it towards guilt for me. She is presumed innocent, we have to remember that.
@BrandyLaneBLVD10 ай бұрын
I agree, it’s not enough evidence for me to confidently say she’s guilty of pre-meditation. And I started out the trial thinking for sure she was guilty.
@brandybiscoff968510 ай бұрын
Michelle’s activities with Fotis’ phone, moving it around, answering one of the pre-arranged calls on his phone that morning at home (so that cell phone evidence would appear he was at home using his phone during the murder time frame) clearly showed she was part of the plan before this happened, not just helping with the murder clean up and lying for him afterward. She also made sure to go in a flurry of activity herself that morning to provide herself alibis in public. Also, if she truly didn’t know in advance & and wasn’t part of it, why was she so quickly & easily convinced to participate in the clean up & destruction of bloody evidence? We know from video & other witnesses that she wasn’t under duress or forced to do any of that. Further, if she truly had not been part of the plan, and Fotis just dragged her into it after, she would have sung to police about that after getting busted with the Albany Ave videos & evidence tampering. Police clearly wanted to believe that narrative initially & wanted her to be their witness for murder against Dulos… she could have gotten immunity if she would have truthfully testified against Fotis “dragging her in” to clean up after murdering someone “unbeknownst” to her. But she didn’t sing about what Fotis did with the murder, bc it wasn’t just Fotis. Implicating him in the murder would be implicating herself. She was part of the plan.

The trial is over and done, State and defense having put on their cases, the evidence in. She is no longer *presumed* innocent. This is when the jury, the trier of fact, determines her guilt or innocence.
@sandtats10 ай бұрын
No "premeditation," planning on her part required. She is charged with conspiracy to commit murder. In CT, by law, that is defined simply as "having foreknowledge of; fascilitating; avting in furtherance of." In others she knew of the plan, assisting in the comission of.

I know right? She was quick to mention Pawel. If Petu knows about the murder, she becomes accessory. If she lied (which I really think she did), she’s guilty of perjury.
