16:29 Girl, same!!! I find I am a perfectionist when it comes to work. I am getting to the point of not wanting to work that hard. I just want to work smarter. I had to accept that every minute of the workday does not mean i have to be working. It's okay to be more intentional with my time. And not take on crap that is not productive for the sake of "working". 😂
