Hopefully, Fr. Meeks can continue his honest orthodox sermons without the risk of having his ministry taken out as happened to Fr. Altman. Bsp. Callahan seemed to be fine with the tone and content of his homilies until the homosexualist Jesuit James Martin raised a fuss, and then the Democratic arm of the UCSSB took action as our bishop said that “for a priest to say that ‘AbCatholic cannot be Democrat’ is against the Magisterium”. I do want to respect the Magisterium. Maybe he misspoke. More accurately he should have said it’s against the Democrat arm of the USCCB which actually rationalized a vote for Biden and they rationalized accepting the abortion tainted “jab” out of charity for others!! Bsp. Callahan had little to say about the Grinder priest, Msgr Burrell also in his diocese. Our bishops ships’ priorities are twisted!

I heard a message one time by a non denominational speaker. It was "Do the word of God"....He must of said "Do the Word of God" at least 50 times.. Great message. As we struggle with thoughts we are to "Take captive every thought to the obedience of Christ"...When someone curses at us we are to "Bless those who curse you and pray for those who despitefully use you". The next time some one says blank you, respond with God bless you. You will be surprised by the outcome. I got cursed again and responded, "God bless you, God bless you" . It completely disarmed the person. To which they laughed. And came back again and I too blessed them three times. It left the person laughing in stitches. Then we are to pray for those who despitefully use us. It's a simple formula. "DO THE WORD OF GOD".

Father Meeks is a blessing to his congregation and with the aid of KZbin, a blessing also to us as well. I am never disappointed in his homilies. They always reach into my heart and bring focus to my faith. Thank you Lord for the blessing of Father Meeks. May he feed his flock for many years to come.

Eloquently said better than the services I received this morning at St. Clare’s in Rosedale “be doers not hearers deceiving themselves “. I would take your communion at your church ⛪️. Mr. Mark Barnard and yourself give good sermons😌. Honesty definitely shows in your speeches.💐🙏🏽📖😇

Great scriptures backing up your sermon. Today straight forward allowing Holy Spirit gently guide you tactfully in wording especially to audiences and definitely Social Media 😏. I felt you were more awake today than any other day. The conviction and lesson to be conscious for alertness. God made his children good according to Genesis in the Bible. James, New Testament with only 5 well written letters for me and you. Is James, Jesus Christ step brother 🧐

What is an obelisk doing in front of the vatican and st John's lateran? What are they and what do they represent?

Topped with the cross they symbolize the victory of Christ and Christian civilization over our pagan forebears
@astutik89092 жыл бұрын
@@jmjaquinas7298 I find that hard to believe. Wouldn't it be better to smash it to pieces. And why would a pope go to all the effort to bring one up from Egypt, under threat of death penalty if it was damaged. The cross is also a babylonian sun symbol. Jesus was crucified on a staurus, greek for pole. Catholicism is baal worship not Christianity.

I enjoy the teachings of this priest but I really wish the parents of the children who are talking and crying during his sermon are inconsiderate. It's disturbing to me when I want to hear his sermon.
