This verse talk about the kingdom of God, not Jesus being God. He call people to repent like all prophets did. Jesus also say in John 14:28, "The Father is greater than I." If Jesus was God, how can anyone be greater than Him? When you say Jesus fulfilled the law, that is true, but fulfilling law doesnt mean He is God. In Matthew 5:17, He say He come to fulfill the law and the prophets. Prophets do this. They live the law and remind people to obey God. The kingdom of God Jesus talk about is not earthly. In Luke 17:20-21, He say the kingdom of God is "within you," meaning submission to God in your heart. He never claim to be setting up eternal kingdom as God. You say Jesus die for sins, but Bible itself reject this idea. Ezekiel 18:20 say, "The son shall not bear the guilt of the father, nor the father bear the guilt of the son." Each person is responsible for their own sins. Even Jesus say in John 18:36, "My kingdom is not of this world." This show He not making claim of ruling forever as God. Bible also has changes over time. Many scholars admit parts like 1 John 5:7 and Mark 16:9-20 were added later. If Bible change, how can it be trusted to say Jesus is God? Mark 1:15 only shows Jesus is prophet calling people to repent and follow God. He is not God, and even Bible prove that. Jesus is servant of God, like Quran say.☝
