There are many humble Christians who truly try to love God and Jesus but they just havent heard the truth. Its difficult when you have been indoctrinated with some truth mixed in with falsehood, and that it is disloyal and disrespectful to ask questions about what doesnt make sense to you in your heart. Valuing blind loyalty is baked into the whole system. In Allah's wisdom he told us to talk gently and I know from my own experience appreciated receiving the message this way. May Allah guide them. Which means if I were to guess that person is a man, I would be wrong. That state of the person still remains the same no matter how I try to twist it from my perspective. Let's start with how every affect must have a cause. We know that the universe has a starting point, which is already a fact from scientific studies. If the affect is the big bang exploding and expanding the universe, then there must be a cause. So the cause is basically our focus here. For now it could be just about anything. We don't know what the form of the cause is, but what we do know is that, the cause has attributes by necessity deriving from what we've understand so far. So that's basically the premise that I have. As to what the attributes are, we'll have to see whether your line of thinking is the same in order to continue. If there are any false information in the above so far, you are welcome to appose and state your reasoning. Just for clarification, by no means I am an expert of any of these subjects. This is only the conclusion that comes to mind based on my deductive reasoning.

Brother, It is better to wrongly take insincere person as sincere, then the other way around. It shouldn't concern us what his intention, its not our job to guess the state of his heart since you have to be all-knowing to know for sure. I mean, how many people who vehemently hated Islam, having bad intention to debunk it but ended up accepting it instead? I've lost count. Those people would have likely looked "insincere" to us, yet Allah guided them. So I'm not sure what is it with our obsession in guessing someone's state of heart only by looking at them from a brief video. It doesn't help us in anyway, if anything it might putting people off from listening if we are wrong. On the day of judgement we wouldn't want people to use our words as reason they get away from Islam. Our job is just to covey the message, both orally and through our behavior.
