The strat is to keep the cams on special animatronics Fnaf1: Pirate cove in the first game. Looking thru cam stops him, he leaves sign when he's gone. His run is timed or triggered by looking thru left hall. Everything else is lights and audio Fnaf2: Prize corner for the music box. Sadly you'd mostly miss Toy Chica, Scott's mistake and the reason the fanbase is down bad.

The fnaf 1 is mostly wrong, since ANY camera usage stops foxy you can keep cams on the right hall right next to the door and permanently keep Freddy from ever entering, since he only enters when either lights go out, or you leave the door open and you're in cams on a cam that isn't the one he's on when he succeeds his movement opportunity shutting the right door to check foxy is a good start though. FNaF 2 is entirely right.

I had a lot of fun watching the boys play Fnaf 1 and 2, and tried my best to find answers to each animatronics ai by cross-referencing with the Fnaf wiki for them, since they were having so much trouble figuring out how each animatronic worked.
