2:07 The exclamation mark is called a factorial which tells you to multiply every number by the ones before it so 5! = 5 x 4 x 3 x 2 x 1 = 120. Hope that helps!

We can logically try to correlate that to the item by assuming that Isaac had endured many hardships and misfortunes before and taking the item grants him health, taking him closer to his triumph and aiding him.

next time you do this I recommend the grinding of isaac which adds some funny music and sounds although some songs are remixes of copyrighted music so you might have to keep the antibirth music if you dont wanna risk it
