Okay, I have the perfect backstory. Lily Zediana is the person who came up with the name btw. In the land of Scetzopoiria, there was a girl named Estelle who lived with her father. Scetzopoiria was a town where not very many witches lived. Estelle's worked 3 part-time jobs. She always cooked for her father who was always tired when he came home. Her mother disappeared when she was 3 and never came back. Her mother was a witch who was known as the village protector. Estelle’ father dreamed to be like her mother, so she studied her magic and she took all her magic classes seriously. One day she got a letter from the magic colage signed up from it said, “Dear Estelle we have studied you for quite some time and would like ro say that you are one of the smartest and most talented witches we’ve ever seen and you will be enrolling in Mertoplshisian Univirsity next month”. And from there Estelle set of to become the greatest witch to ever exist. P.S please make this a manga/webtoon

Opposite colors on the color wheel actually have "more energy" when placed side by side. IE red and green don't really make something look soft, rather they have high contrast in hue. I think for this witch girl, possibly making her entire eyes mostly cool toned (greens blues, etc) could be enough of a contrast to her hair to be interesting. If you want to try pulling the opposite color affect, using the same color as her hair might be a good tie in :)

You paint on the markers. You want to trace with marker then paint on the marker because you want the other side to be shiny and smooth(that side will be the side you see when you hang it up). Also if you are going to trace the picture, make sure to flip the picture you want and then draw. You might want to watch more videos because I'm bad at explaining things
