The thing with Avatar, is, none of the episodes are filler except one. Every episode helps further the plot and the characters in some significant way, even if it doesn’t feel like it. There are episodes that further the plot more than others, but each episode has its importance. I recommend watching the show slowly at your own pace so you don’t get overwhelmed or so that you have enough time to watch it.

Love this video! Seeing Avatar was like a blast from the past. I agree with your rant about Miraculous. It's a fun show and I love it, but it has a lot of untapped potential, not to mention episodes being aired in the wrong order doesn't help. Fun fact: it actually was a magical girl show. It was originally going to be animated in 2D by Toei animation.

With ATLA, honestly most of the episodes are relevant to the plot in my personal opinion! It’s a very character driven show, so a lot of development happens in even season one. I’ll keep this spoiler free, but I will say Aang changes in maturity throughout the seasons which is why I find practically all of the episodes essential. Except for the Great Divide. That is a universally hated episode haha! I’d totally recommend just watching the show at your own pace and enjoying it that way :)

Yeah lots of the episodes are pretty essential, but some don't have to be watched to understand the plot, like the Ember Island Players, the one with the play.

I've been waiting for you to draw Miraculous related art for so long, and you did not disappoint! Marinette looks so pretty in your style! I would love to see more art like it. Also, during your rant, I was nodding along the whole time. I related so hard as another long time fan of the show. I love the show so much for its ideas and characters, but the writers just can't seem to capitalise on them. Hopefully the movie manages to be more successful. I can't wait for it to come out. And it's coming out on Netflix. I am so hyped!

Avatar: The Last Airbender episodes you can skip (though I definitely recommend watching all of them even if it takes you a little longer to finish the series): Two notes before the list: -"GAang" is the Atla fan term for Aang's Team Avatar - the Avatar Wiki website is a great place to read summaries/synopses for atla episodes. S1E6 - Katara befriends an Earthbender and recurring character named Haru. Katara loses her necklace, which is found by Zuko. (Not very important) S1E9 - Katara and Aang learn a little more waterbending. Zuko gains some enemies in a group of pirates. (Not very important) S1E11 - The GAang crosses a canyon (completely filler, hated by most atla fans) S1E14 - The GAang gets their futures told by a fortune teller. (Filler) S1E16 - Aang attempts to learn firebending from a recurring former fire nation soldier (read a summary) S1E17 - The GAang goes to the Northern Air temple, and befriends an inventor and his son, Teo, both recurring characters. The Fire Nation adds Hot Air balloons designed for war to their arsenal. (Somewhat important, summary is recommended) S2E2 - The GAang meets the best characters in the show (/j), and travels through a "cave of lovers." Zuko and Uncle Iroh steal an ostrich horse to more easily travel through the Earth Kingdom. These were both done beautifully well. For the next one could you do a scene from RWBY (pronounced ruby)? It’s one of my favorite shows and is very anime inspired. And with ATLA there are no filler episodes besides The Great Divide which is universally hated. And Miraculous Ladybug did have a lot of potential if it weren’t for the repetitive plot and not much character development. I still like it because it’s funny and cute but still wish it did better for the story.

Bruh you need to have His Cheeseburger playing at your wedding reception 😭 (also this video came out on my birthday so this was a great way to start my morning~) One thing I've been doing recently with my art that's been helpful is doing the shading before I do the flat colors -- once the flats are in, then I clip the shading to the layer below and change the blending mode. Since you mentioned the challenge you had shading Zuko's head wear his scar was, maybe it could help •3•

I was thinking maybe Lego Ninjago? Most shows I really like watching have bloody scenes and I remembered how you can be uncomfortable with really violent scenes. So that's why I'm suggesting Lego Ninjago, sure there are fight scenes but there are not any(or very few) very violent scenes. Also, I just think it'd be interesting how you would interpret Lego pieces into human characteristics.

The reason Chloe lost her character development was because the team did it without tom Astrid and he hates Chloe so when he came back he wanted to make her the typical spoiled mean girl, but I do agree with it and I think the concept is perfect but the execution isn’t the best. I feel like with your cuter, softer style, mixed with Zuko's harsh and rough personality brings a good contrast, not to mention the lighting! And your illustration of Marinette is amazing! It conveys perhaps not the emotion of the screenshot exactly, but it shows Marinette's character as a whole. If you were to do this again, could you draw a scene from Demon Slayer?
