When I was a kid back in the 60's/70's. We would drive up to Big Bear in my Late Dad's 1967 Ford F-100 Camper special to go tubing in the snow and we also camped up there a bunch in the summer also. Dad's truck that he bought brand new in 1967 had a 352 V-8 and a automatic transmission. We never had any problem driving from Orange County, CA. But we sure had a lot of fun. R.I.P. Mom & Dad.

Washington in New Hampshire but , I don't own a carburetor vehicle anymore I owned a 1979 F250 2wd , Super cab , 460 c.i. It was a beast around town Awful on fuel ⛽ mileage At sea level 🤦‍♂️

It’s not gonna do anything. I’ll drive normal most time higher elevations doesn’t bother. You might burn a little more fuel sometimes but normally never bothers it.
