Glad you enjoyed your trip into Texas. There are 4 things that Texan's crave...like a crave for crack...not just a want...but I must have right now on a weekly or monthly basis, they are Church's fried chicken and a Whataburger double or triple meat with cheese and a good chicken fried steak with fried okra and fries, all with the white country gravy. Crack brother! (number 4 brisket and beef monster ribs)

Good video. I just watched a video where two people compared Popeyes, Church's, KFC, and Jollibee. Church's won. I thought for sure it would have been Popeyes but I was wrong. However, increasingly I'm leaning toward Jollibee as the top contender--perfect every time and it comes with gravy just for the chicken.
