I also have "invisible" blonde eyebrows and have used the same product to color my eyebrow hair. Here are a few tips I've found useful: I start by outlining my eyebrows with Chapstick. I get as close to my eyebrows as I can without rubbing any Chapstick into my eyebrows. This is done to prevent the dye from staining skin outside my eyebrows. Then I use a spoolie to comb my eyebrow hair towards my nose and to try to make sure my hair isn't flat against my skin. This is done to expose as many hairs as possible and to help ensure all sides of a hair's shaft is dyed- not just one side. I also use one of my own brushes to paint on the hair dye. However, I cut off most of the brush hairs, leaving a thinner brush which is able to reach to the bottom of individual hairs. I try to avoid ending up with 2-toned hairs, white and brown. The goal is dying each hair one color from top to bottom. I use ear swabs to remove any dye globs outside my eyebrows. I envy women with darker, visible eyebrows until I'm plucking mine. Thats when I'm reminded my blonde eyebrows don't look bad if I miss a stray hair or put off the plucking chore. Nobody can tell! Good luck!

This is what I've used for at least ten years on my sparse eyebrows. Back then I got very good results,but now at age 77,with way less eyebrow hair,it usually ends up just staining my skin and wearing off. You were wise to stop when you did. Just be happy with the front part of your brows with a nice brown shade,and pencil in the "tail". Love, Faith Falcone

It’s amazing how the eyebrows can really frame the face! Looks very nice! I’ve been using the Clairol semi permanent hair color in the little bronze colored bottle. It’s already mixed with developer and comes in many different colors. Also, probably a bit cheaper than just for men. You can just use what you need, close up the cap and use for next time, and next time, and next time..,,etc..

There is the same product in a different color bottle…silver color…for resistant grays..but per reviews as well as my experience, it doesn’t do any better than the one in the bronze bottle. Hint: Gently wipe the product off of your eyebrows (don't scrub back and forth, it will remove the hairs that you want to keep) - after you get most of the product off - use a little warm water with teensy bit of liquid soap, and clean them to remove any product left on your skin - pat dry - then use a wee bit of moisterizer - whatever you have on hand. In the US at one time, they had the color 'sandy blonde' - which I think would give you a little bit darker than your current shade. I've used this, and I leave it on for just 3 minutes. If you feel like you're all eyebrows afterwards, the product will fade down in a few days, so not to worry. Another helpful hint is to get an eyebrow brush, or one of those 'spoolies', it will make the application so much easier. I realize you were filming this so that plays in, but try and work faster because the product starts to develop the second you put it on your eyebrows, if you want to get even color on both brows. Another tip is - this product has 2 tubes you mix together - you only need a small amount of both products - say the size of a large pea - you can mix in either the tray they give you, or I use a tiny glass bowl. You can save the rest for later, and get many applications out of one box of this dye. And yes, keep the Q-Tips close at hand!

I actually bought the men’s beard dye to do my eyebrows as well. I just watched your butterfly cut last night. I’m looking forward to using this method on my hair as well. I also want to have some highlights and lowlights in my hair but not sure if I can handle doing that myself. I have limitations with my right shoulder from a physical therapy mishap after my rotator cuff surgery. I will be 68 in a few days and decided to really put me first in the personal grooming routine. Like many moms I did the bare minimum for myself and focused on and spent money on my family. Now it’s my turn!! I saw another of your vids pop up and I didn't even click on it. I clicked on your channel because lady, I gotta see what you do! Love these kinds of videos and I find your personality delightful. You've gained a fan. If you could do an eyelash perm and convince me it won't blind me, I'd be so grateful. 😭🤣 I started losing my eyebrows a while back and I'm using castor oil, too. I should dye mine because I'm spending inordinate amounts of time putting on eyebrow powder or pencil. Dealing with my undereyes is taking up enough time and then I have brows to deal with.

I invariably get one darker than the other, and then when I try to even them up, the other one gets darker and before you know it, I look like Groucho Marx! What are you doing for your undereyes? Thanks! To tell you the truth, I use different brands and different colours on my hair. It depends on what is available at Walmart when I go, what is on sale, etc. But I try to stay in the golden blonde colour palette. Thanks so much for watching! 🥰

Amazing well done. In the UK you can buy a little set that does at least 10 times. It costs about £8.00 and comes in different colours. I mix the brown and black together. I think you are so lovely and look forward to your next ‘how to’ blog if that’s what it’s called! Love Sally xx

Your final result looks good. I think you’d be happier if you used a semi-permanent color. If you’re worried about color that goes where you don’t want it to go, put a little Vaseline on your skin around but not on the area you want to color. That way you don’t have to stop and wipe each time you go outside the area. Just wait and wipe when you’re done 😊

I think you're brave to do this and even braver for sharing it with us. I was so startled to see how dark the dye got after 5 minutes and your expression was hilarious! But I was relieved to see that most of it came off and your brows look very natural after all. I have extremely sensitive skin and there are very few products that I can use without having irritation, so I don't think I would try this. I just use eyebrow powder on my thinning brows. I wish I could do something about my eyelashes! They are very sparse. Love your channel, can't wait to see what you try next! ❤

I have white eyebrows and ginger hair- I mix the just for men with any women's hair color that I find looks close enough to my hair- usually they did not match well so that is why I use the just for men ( which does not come in a ginger /auburn color) - I do what my hair stylist used to do for me- dab the color on the brows with a cotton ball. I never have had a problem of the color staining my face or looking obvious that I colored my brows. The problem with coloring the brows for me is that through washing my face, exfoliating etc , regular skin care on a daily basis, the color does not stay very long and for me it is more time consuming to dye the brows than to just fill them in as part of my daily Make up routine. It IS nice however to wake up in the am and actually SEE your brows right out of bed!😂

I wonder if Just For Men might make a ginger/auburn colour now. I think they have more choices now than they used to. I think one of my biggest issues with using makeup to fill in my brows is that it can smudge if I touch it or push up my glasses, if it gets really hot and humid outside, etc. But you're right, the dye doesn't last long, especially as your eyebrow hair gets more and more sparse. Morning cheri, i have dyed my eyebrows most of my adult life for the same reason pluse im of the age that puked my eye brows to death when i was younger so they are very thin and its more fashionable to have thick eyebrows today in uk but i have seen that its going to be back to thin ones i use the same colour i put on my hair seems to blend in well 😊

In my mind, I have invented fake eyebrows. They are like fake eyelashes but they are eyebrows and you peel off the back and stick them to your skin. Other than that, sorry, I don't know what you do about eyebrows once you have lost all of your hairs. Thanks again for watching.

I have been using this product for years in years I am not as cautious as you putting it on as a matter of fact the first time I just use the big brush which I never thought of the reason it being so big was because of it being meant for men’s beards I just used it however it didn’t matter how much I went beyond my hair on the eyebrows it always wiped off with no problem I was surprised to hear you say otherwise. so Cheri you did a great job but it took you way way too long to do it as you were trying to be so careful and then the part that did not come out the way you wanted to was as you said that you were basically just putting the product on your skin as that much hair was growing there so I’m sorry to say this but I guess you just have to accept the fact that you’re still gonna have to use your eyebrow pencil 😢 just like I do. I have dark eyebrows but there’s a lot of gray in them but I still have to use the eyebrow pencil and always will I just hate it when I try a different pencil on that I’ve probably had for years and find out that it’s too dark and then have to take it off throw it away and start over with a different answer I’m trying to use up my old ones of all they don’t go bad not for me they have it it’s just that they’re too dark some of them. The eyebrow kit here in the states is nowhere near what you pay in Canada but now I have an order a new product which dies your eyebrows and your eyelashes and at the same time there is a mixture that you put on and it curls your eyelashes like a permanent I think they said it last for several months I can’t wait to try it when. it comes in. This is the second video I watched of yours the first one was when you cut your hair and I’ve been trying to very much even though I have already tried it I do believe my method of doing the eyebrows is far easier if you want to explain to your audience to make it a little easier to understand those two ridges in your plastic tray are for you to put your product in one from each tube.Just scored the same amount On each side, Then mix😊
