I would like the banana recipe. Let me explain, my father was a chef in the 70s, growing up he would always excitedly come home with some new recipe to try. Often they involved gelatin. One day on Christmas Eve he came home bursting with pride to have us try his new dish. It was bananas and ham in hollandaise. I could not believe it. A recipe without gelatin? But he insisted it was delicious. My sister and I cautiously tried and and couldn’t believe the flavor. It was warm! It didn’t jiggle! Salty and sweet at the same time, and most shocking was there was no mayo in it at all. It was the happiest Christmas eve dinner we ever had. Our father died shortly after and never wrote down his famous recipe. Please, pewds, for the nostalgia, send me the bananas ham hollandaise.

The sweet smell of banana ham reminds me of my childhood on the farm. After a long day of playing with the pigs, I'd start picking up the scent of mustard with a hidden sweetness and I knew I was in for a treat. My mom would call me inside for dinner, and 90% of the time it was banana ham, or hamanas as my 8 year old self would call it. I haven't had it in years, and I'd love to reminisce my childhood but I am unable to cook and I've never found it at a restaurant for some odd reason. As someone who graduated from chef school i can say that hollandaise sauce is one of the most hardest thing to master for a beginner because even if you really can do one and you do it many times, something can still easily make it bad. I know this is an old video but its kinda funny that in my home, my mother made this recipe for me and I actually liked! She saw the recipe written in a heavy cream package and it's little bit different from what Pewds made. It's just heavy cream, bananas, ham, cheese slices, salt and nutmeg. You roll the bananas with chesse and then the ham and pour the heavy cream, add salt and the nutmeg to your liking and bake it. And there you have it!

Tip for you pewds, when making a sauce, if it's too runny, add more of the base ingredient. In a hollandaise, add more yolk and butter. In things like gravy or bechamel, add flour.

I want this recipe because it cuts down the time it takes you to eat. Why bother eating a long and tedious meal, to then get a drink and then eat your dessert, when you can combine it into a 3-in-1 megameal? You got the drink (mustard), you got the meal (ham), and you also have the dessert (banana). It's great if you don't have time to waste on useless activities like eating. And the cherry on top, you also don't need to waste time on the toilet! You just feel like you need to go, and you go! Great recipe!

Hey pewds, Just wanna give a little tip for the blurry camera and footage, you maybe wanna increase the aperture setting of your camera so everything wont be blurred heavily even the camera focus on one spot You might wanna try F.5/6, the focus of the camera is still there, but at least everything else wont be blurred as badly.
