This is so stressful to watch… like that poor girl just wanted a $2 shirt. She found something she liked and felt comfortable with and was cheap and her mom just couldn’t put her obsession aside. Lady, your daughter needs to be able to express herself and feel comfortable in her own skin! Do you want her to have self confidence issues? Because this is a great way to create them. At least Abdul be out here trying to show his wife he loves her despite being cheap. And that one guy scrolling through women based on how cheap of a date they are? Gag. Viscerally reminded of this guy I went out with a few times, called himself a “minimalist”.

What kills me is how much money the one man has and is hiding from his family while literally keeping everyone with less than the minimum on certain things. And I was a single parent income household and always looking for a deal with two boys to take care of I can tell you that I would rather pay two dollars for that shirt then tell my kid no we could’ve gotten it for $.25 and they go home without a shirt. What’s gonna be funny about all this saving is when the government takes it because you’re not spending it. (They will take it if the money is completely inactive or not spent enough to better the money elsewhere. I don’t know the exact details but my dad said if he won the lottery, he would spend it. Not save it. So that no one can take it.) (again I don’t remember the exact details but I think they actually can take it)
