Well, global is luckier, because there’s more different very rare kinds of cookies and there’s more rare stuff in general. Due to a percent inflation (if the change of getting x cookie stays) you’ll have a higher chance in general. While there’s like a 8% chance to get any rare category (beast, dragon, SE, legendary ancient) just because of the amount of stuff that exists.

I think it's because time is very limited in CRK CN due to laws. So you gotta give much more stuff to make the time worth it. Players are on a time limit basically idk if it's per day, or per week, but you need to make everything more unlockable, much faster.

I think that one was due to two reasons (in no particular order) 1. Pastry cookie was lightened to match with CN beauty standards 2. Her design actually has to do with her story, which had to be changed because of laws in china. Here is a short explanation. In global CRK we learn that Pastry was in a cult or religious group that explicitly follows the witches. As a part of this she was also rebaked into the form we see today having much of her previous life baked out of her. Rebaking in this group is treated like baptizing or other ceremonies to say "yay you're committed to the religion and the belief" except the consequences is that it also causes a retrograde amnesia where all memories of before the rebaking, are kinda wiped. I believe they remember the rebaking themselves, and that the ability to make new memories is not affected. However, in China, you're not allowed to have religious themes in your game or their country's version of it. Her story in CRK CN to be changed so it got changed to being from a prestigious academy instead. This also meant as an affect of that, rebaking had to be taken out of the story, which in turn affected her design to be less explicitly religious, and for some reason made her lighter. This change was likely made by Tencent, who runs CRK CN servers, instead of Devsisters as most of the time, Tencent will be the one making most of the content adjustments to things that get brought over to CRK CN.
