They're so weird, I love them! Some of them are making terrifying noises! 15:40 A cactus scorpion?? You can tour aquariums and stuff? That's awesome! This game seems pretty fun.

Wow, those are some absolutely wild creatures…. This game looks cool, though! Some of the simulation detail is really impressive. I also find it fun that, if they had just a little more symmetry, some of these insane creatures aren’t all that different from Ediacaran or Cambrian fauna. Some of the body shapes that evolution put through trial runs are almost incomprehensibly bizarre.

They're very very different games. Spore is comedic and creative, this is a bizarre simulator. I'd still recommend Spore because there's so much to do and so much variety (and mods!)
