Every Ethiopian cooks differently it depends on the woman or the man who is doing cooking because we all use berbere. Some of us use more ingredients on the berbere and some of useless ingredients, but the injera is always the same..and most of us we cook completely different than one another because my mom used to cook the old fashioned way her butter was real good and her cook was amazing 👏 🤩 👌 she went to be with the Lord Jesus in 2015 and she was 82 years old never eaten any other country food only Ethiopians 🇪🇹and thank you for trying Ethiopian 🇪🇹 food 🙏 ❤Ethiopian are awesome people and the food is very healthy food and you will not be disappointed.
