Owia salt pond is always one of my favorite places to visit.its not crowded like some of the beaches.

The pond is absolutely stunning, I was honestly blown away by their simple beauty❤❤❤ Unfortunately as full time travellers we don't always get to choose days with "good weather" The entire time I was in St Vincent it was raining a lot. That Saturday was actually sunny for the most part then it rained in the afternoon and then it became sunny again

Owia Salt Pond is one of my favourite places. Glad you were able to visit Philis. I once walked there too. It was breathtaking. Do you know that years ago Indeginous people jumped to their death near there in an attempt to escape being captured by colonizers

Most people live in poverty in St Vincent. Tourists get to explore the island and enjoy what it has to offer more than the locals. I was a child when I visited both salt pond and Bequia. Lots of places to visit but no money. Money is for bills and what's left is for food.
