My sister was watching the real Titanic movie once and I sat down next to her and asked when the rapping dog shows up and she threw a pillow at me and told me not to invoke the demon by saying its name.

This is honestly as good as it gets for animated Titanic movies, because at least it acknowledged that people died, and it didn't leap in logic with an octopus throwing a heavy iceburg up to the surface. If the rapping dog and talking animals were cut, and the animation had been better, it could've been a decent movie. But, sadly, that's not the world we live in.

So something I find funny about the uncut version of this movie (actually two things) is when Not-Murdoch stops everyone from advancing to the boats he says “Don’t force me to resort to violence” three times in loop. They also reuse that “We’re on a ship in the middle of the ocean” line for when Nanny boards the lifeboat (yes, the same take and everything) for some reason. All from the version that’s supposed to be animated fluidly

Fun fact about the James Cameron titanic that scene where the orchestra was playing a fanil music session was actually inspired by one of the groups of musicians going to the theater on the boat while it was stinking and played one last performance before dying really shows how the animated titanic films are a insult to the people who have survived and died in the tragedy

it's pretty obvious the rapping dog bit is added in the dub. it uses animation from other scenes and the new scenes don't fit artistically and only repeat a couple of seconds worth of animation. someone thought a rapping dog would be a good idea to add in this movie.

Even though I haven’t seen these movies outside of reviews, one thing that really bothers me about them is that they rip off Disney in every single way, and it makes Disney look bad since it makes Disney look like the kind of company that would make light of one of the worst tragedies in history, even though Disney isn’t the one doing this! Say what you want about Disney in recent years, but they’d never do something like THAT.
