Doesn't look like he's hiding much in the end... Seems odd that he would travel the world and sell speeches. I now have doubts this is a true story, never even heard of that docu. I also wonder, what makes this different than what any other 1st world country does? Arms deals don't seem illegal (even though they should be).

I don't exactly understand why this was heroic exactly? either I blacked out watching this or this guy did some elaborate lie in order to stop a random arms dealer tied to North Korea. military industrial complex really needs to stamp out alejandro? these military industrial complex people are literally pumping out arms and shipping them across the world in an industrial way. 850 billion to Ukraine, 30% gets to the actual troops.... so that's over 550 billion that.... just goes missing. no accountability. nice.... but I am supposed to think this long ploy to expose alejandro and the north Koreans in selling arms is somehow meaningful?... how was it meaningful? DPRK has one less arms sale that gets filled by other arms dealers? I don't get it..... did hoaxing this arms deal make wherever the arms were going suddenly peaceful and the people buying them decided not to conduct themselves the ways they have been already? someone please educate me to the value of this elaborate scheme this Danish guy just told us about.

@@danielbrown6112 Exactly. There is something really off about the whole thing. I thought it was just his broken English, but there is nothing of substance. Like the weird karaoke story - he spends a lot of time describing the fear of getting shot whilst being led to this door, and then walking in and having a really nice time and being shown arms to purchase. The only thing that might be interesting about it is that the DPRK isn't allowed to sell weapons, but as you mentioned, the military industrial complex is so corrupt and dodgy that this tiny little example wouldn't be of any significance internationally when you look at the amount of really dodgy arms deals that go on every day. And many countries on the sanctions list have still managed to arm themselves with the help of arms dealers who are willing to circumvent international law regarding who can buy arms, with actual government oversight. FFS British arms dealers - the big ones - were illegally arming Saddam Hussein's forces only a few years before Britain joined America in invading Iraq and toppling the regime, whilst they were under sanctions! And then there are the famous, scandalous cases such as the Iran/Contra affair. This is just a couple of guys doing the same thing, on a tiny scale, in North Korea. Hardly a big deal and definitely not heroic. In fact, it was more stupid if anything, given that he could've gotten himself killed or arrested.

The people of N Korea are probably good, decent and nice people. They support their dictators because to not means torture and death for them as well as their families. That's the sad part of dictator ruled countries, people ignorantly judge the people who have lived under decades of harsh rulers and are judge as though they hate democracy, the USA as an example and are just as evil as the government. Not true. They have two choices. To go along with the evil dictators or speak out and be tortured and killed, as well as their families and friends, etc. . Both sides are courageous and brave. They deserve compassion and hope that they can live under a truly democratic government and freedoms like other democratic countries in their lifetime, or at least in their children's lifetime.

Hi I’m happy I come across your video, because a week + ago, I found a 2h a lengthy interview/documentary about *Ulrich Larsen’s* time as an undercover spy in NK, but unfortunately (aka *Hermit Kingdom* ) - it was late at night, which hindered me from watching it then, but fortunately for me, I saved it by downloading it, to watch later, and *now is later* Thank you LADbibleTV, and Ulrich Larsen for making this interview happen. It is an incredible story, and I thought to myself whilst watching, how striking similarities Ulrich’s real experience have with a action/Bond movie. Everything is there 🟰 *from the basic storyline, good guys vs bad guys, secrecies/undercover, the nerve wrenching feelings, the need to always be on high alert, and be ready for any possible u-turn, and then there’s the grand finale, the crescendo comes in two waves* , the first when he tell his wife the night before the big revelation, and the second comes minutes before he have to get on the stage. and he’s briefing Alejandro, and clarify it’s not a prank, and when Ulrich connects the dot between the guy he’s going to share the stage with is the person Alejandro have known and trusted since 2006, and if Alejandro’s haven’t already reached his anticlimax, he reached it, as the light bulb slowly goes up, and he knows Ulrich too, isn’t who he thought he was, Alejandro must’ve sunken through the floor, when he have to let go of the *charachter Ulrich he thought he knew, and in a split second accept that this foreigner he thought he knew, who received these extremely rare, prestigious medals, because Ulrich managed to build up a this confidence with the highest ranking officials in NK* that would blow me out anyway. As someone already have pointed out, this video should have received a lot more attention and viewers. With kindness and respect, Grace 🩰

Laughter and ridicule is one of the most effective weapons against a totalitarian regime and dictatorship. That's ones of the reasons free speech is so important. DPRK gun runners DO NOT MATTER in the global stage of gun running..... they are a cup of water in a swimming pool. ignoring that fact is disingenuous to caring about solving the issue. beyond that - befriending people, being welcomed into a foreign nation as a guest, then turning on them is a dirty thing to do on a personal level - period.

Yeah... I listened to this earlier while working and the extra details moments either fill in gaps or the typing made it choppy. Had to rewatch for a complete understanding. *edited for clarity of content to the original message*

Is it just me or did this jump around a lot? Suddenly he's in north korea with permission to film somehow, then hes going around Europe looking for investors for North Korea. Not a cohesive story.
