IMF should keep off Kenya's affairs. Banks don't manage the domestic affairs of borrowers like IMF is doing in Africa. Governments should never be allowed to borrow. Look at US, government borrowing and spending that in war and not in long lasting infrastructure and social amenities. These banks must be abandoned by government borrowing. Let productive industries and manufacturing borrow but not entities that rely on taxes.

But Ruto does not want to make the hard choices like doing an audit of all ministires and depts and see how mnay uneccessary wrker they have like treasury was audited and found they had 530 more workers than is required. So imagine the entire govt. Mps getting paid sitting allowances for a job they already get paid to do. Getting subsidized housing and cars at 3% and the govt covers the rest in billions to meet the market rates while all other Kenyans buy these at Market rates. Reducing salaries of Mps.
