You know it could be the shisha making you feel faint because that’s happened to me before and it’s probably because I don’t normally consume a lot of nicotine but having a session on the shisha is the equivalent to smoking like a 100 cigarettes in one go so it might just be because you had such an intense nicotine rush then paired with the alcohol you might’ve been dehydrated and it caused you to faint

Loved this episode make them even longer ! Regarding cats and Lucky, you can let him out after 2 weeks of him being home so he knows that’s his house. I let my cats go out after they are like 6months depending on their maturity. How confident he is with his surroundings. Then he can slowly be let out stay with his to show him you’re there and it’s his house where he comes back. Call his name so he gets used to it when u call him home. He’ll be fine cats are very intelligent and need outside time to play hunt. And if you want him to not scratch your sofas, just order cat scratching boards and cat trees so he won’t do anything to your sofas and they love chilling on those boards and trees. Get him a pillow to sleep on + a cat tunnel they love to play in there with a stick 🪁 you can make him chase it. It’s important to play with your cat for at least 10 min a day. Just take it easy cats are not hard to read and they just want a peaceful place with some places to hide and play. Also use crystal litter as it absorbs any smell and you can teach him to use him by putting him in the litter box and take his hands and make him move into the litter so he learns the moves They’re very clean and once he can go out he will always do his business outside. So happy for you 💓💓💓💓💓🐾

I live in Ghana-Africa and I’m a fun of love island. The moment Anna came out of love island, I immediately got to know Mandy. You guys are inseparable so for a celebrity in the UK who knows you guys individually but somehow can not reckon that you’re sisters is ducking jokes! If you know Anna, you know Mandy and vice versa. This person is just arrogant and was just intentionally being disrespectful. You kidding! Mind you, I’m in Ghana.

Mandi, this happened to me recently at home and at work out of nowhere. I also don’t get panic attacks and never have. I spoke to my GP and they told me this was a type of panic attack, which I didn’t know at all. I treated it as my body’s way of communicating to me I needed to take better care of my self mentally and physically. Hope this helps anyone that has experienced this xxx

OMG 😮 your story about fainting I had the same thing twice in my life. Word for word - I was covered in sweat, went to the hotel bathroom felt dizzy, went blind but eyes wide open - sparks/ flashes and fell to the ground because I lost the feeling in my legs and then after I went into such a cold shock moment when on the floor. After I had help someone did say if I drank a lot but it really wasn’t it - some say it’s heat stroke, dehydration but I never found out what it was. Please tell me if you ever go to the doctor 😢

So with Lucky, when you get a cat you can’t let them out straight away because they need to get used to your home. You’re supposed to keep them inside for at least 2-3 weeks but because of his age I would say a month minimum or he won’t come back. Like if a person moves house with their cat it’s the same thing, you have to keep them inside for weeks so they can understand it is their home

A lot of men hate their gfs, it’s scary. There was a viral tweet today that over 90k men liked the last time I saw it. And the responses to that were pretty eye-opening. The misogyny was crazy. One guy really said "I hate when women act like they’re so much simpler to get along with and men aren’t. Like women are boring and have lame senses of humor, men can make a boring time fun idk that’s just my experience". Like atp they should just date men! Guys like this will hate a woman’s company and still be with her for seggs. Not saying that’s necessarily the case with you both, but be safe y'all!

I also fainted when I went to a shisha place not drunk or anything, i went in fine but the place had no ventilation I thought i was fine and enjoyed my time etc, then when i got up I was walking out I fainted and broke my tooth. It was a gradual thing as i knew something was not right when i got up and kept saying to my friend that i need to slow down. i think it was because of the lack of air, the fact that i didnt know i was anaemic and the shisha triggered it (or they just didnt clean it) maybe Soho house didnt have any air and check if you're anaemic? thanks for your wonderful podcasts they are part of my routine now :) xx

Mandi - when you have your outbursts - keep note of time of month. If it is around the luteal phase, two weeks before period, could be a symptom of pmdd, basically really bad PMS, exacerbates issues, catastrophizing etc. Therapy man!

When my cats were kittens, we would just tell them off (obvs not in a horrible way) and move them away every time they jumped on the kitchen counters or tried to scratch something up. They can tell the change in your tone of voice. That did the trick and everyone says how well behaved our cats are. Cats can go outside at around 3 months (after they’ve had all their vaccines) but given Lucky is doing a big move, best to get him settled and acquainted with his indoor environment first before you think about letting him out! We were so nervous to let our cats out when they were kittens (might just be us😂) so we just did a few short supervised outings in the garden first before we started letting them roam freely.

I take my cats out on a leash! My cats are indoor cats as we live on the second floor so it’s not accessible for him, but it’s really good for me too because it gets me to go outside. Just bear in mind that taking a cat outside, they lead you and it’s not like taking dogs out 😂. Usually when you neuter the cat, the male cats don’t wander as much territory and usually stay quite close to the house too. Also make sure that you microchip him and regularly give him flea and worming treatment to prevent him bringing nasty diseases
