Make sure to put the difficulty in hard when you're zombifying. 2. Make sure not to kill them with sunlight 3. Make sure to prevent zombies and villagers from despawning by giving nametags or equipment to zombies, and villagers by doing trades with them. (Boats and minecarts are optional) The breeder is really helpful for iron farms
