Just a tip, if you are using moonfire on a druid and not using the talent to stay in form, pick up engineering so you can use the loot o rang and keep moving even though it takes you standing still to use it then you can move again.

The undercut issue needs to be discussed, it will kill so many markets. I did it the other day after someone kept undercutting me, you can easily crash a market by reselling the same item in small amounts for low which in turn means the next person not paying attention will do the same price for hopefuly a higher quantity thus crashing the market. Its a good way to make money if your super rich and can constantly reset but its really annoying if your under 1mil.

I have been working my butt off trying to make the 5mil but people just continue to undercut. The price of Zin'anthid has dropped considerably in the last 2 weeks because a bunch of people decided to undercut so much that it currently is at 25% of what the value was 2 weeks ago. Same is happening with Omenite ore and have noticed more multi boxers in Nazjatar. At this point, I want to just give up trying to get the longboi.

I am baffled how much people undercut after 8.3. The price can easily be undercut by 50% in just a few hours. On some items im selling i am really struggling on keeping the price nice and stable(and not have to buy up huge amounts), but for some reason, some idiot undercuts by 20%, and then everyone follows through with tsm (which is fair), and before you know it, you got 2k items on the AH...and you cant constantly buy that amount up to have stable prices. And then if someone undercuts by 50% straight after that....?! Suddenly its 2k more of that item up on the AH, and you dont want to be constantly buying that stuff up. One would think 8.3 made the prices more stable AS YOU DONT NEED TO UNDERCUT...! And still, the prices drop really fast. Reckles, can you pretty please make a video about how to undercut properly?

also if you are going to undercut keep it low you only need 1 copper undercuts, ive stopped playing wow but the idea is the same in any MMO, you can even put the price up and still sell more than people undercutting by putting smaller amounts up, EG the only stuff on the AH is stacks of 10s and 20 but you know people will only want 2 or 3 to make an item put up stacks of 2s or 3s most people will by the smaller stacks as its a lot easier on the walet to spend 20k or 30k gold than it is to spend 300 or 600k gold when all you need is 2 items.

There are no crafting reagent essences in Shadowlands, with the exception of a thing you get for jewelcrafting while prospecting ore. It's very strange and the first time this has ever happened :( So no expulsom or primals, or anything. The crafted legendaries are how they're tying the story to professions. If you want a fun vid though, "The Essence Rant" would have been a primo place to ask this :P

lol not worth doing without a 4 box. I farmed this for 6 hours on a 4 box got around 600 primals, maybe a bit more and I am stuck sitting on them. Only worth about 20k as well, better farms to do.

Most of the value from the solo farm comes from controlling the spawns and getting them to all pop out at the same time. If you enjoy mining+shadow farming then go for it, but I think you'd lose the AoE potential if you were mining at the same time. Haven't tried it though :)

That sucks, but it's ok. Primals and volatiles are sporadic and just one of those things that you keep posted while you get your crafting restocked or your transmog farmed. Don't worry about em and just keep em up. :)

I am soooo tired of the whole "you will sell just as quickly" bullshit. Since it is first in, first out, you won't. If you want to sell, you still need to undercut because of all the botting cancel scan posters. If you post and check every 2 hours, you will still get people running a script that cancels and reposts every hour or whatever and since it's first in first out, you don't sell unless they run out of stock. Seriously. Now undercutting by stupid amounts, THAT is retarded and needs to be called out and always has been the issue with people that don't know how things work.

Two things. It's LIFO now, not FIFO. They changed it in 8.3. Tested in this vid, kzbin.info/www/bejne/i4utap6AnNJmmbM, if you want the proof. Second, you're right that undercutting helps, technically. If "Buyers are rational" then they'll prefer a cheaper thing to a more expensive thing, and we see that in large scale market changes. You can even undercut by large amounts to sell to the flippers who will buy any quantity. But as a guidemaker, my goal is to get people who aren't excited about goldmaking excited about it, to connect with the players who don't participate on the AH. These are the players who would undercut 30% with only 10 primals out of ignorance. Price matching and 1c undercuts are essentially the same and not really the message. So, it sounds like you're more experienced and have a routine that works for you and that isn't destructive to your servers market. The "you will sell just as quickly" isn't about your methods. :)
