congratulations on 100hrs, fasting can be very taxing. i have mans search for meaning and an unheard cry for meaning by him, haven't read but a couple pages in both but i was glad to see you talk about it in this video. def inspired me to pick them back up and finish. just getting into booktube and you immediately became a favourite. smoking and watching your videos has become somewhat of a daily routine. can't wait to keep up with what you're reading (:

i think logotherapy is really interesting, especially the stuff about how modern addictions and depression are symptoms of meaninglessness. the problem only seems to be getting worse

Yess exactly. And the emphasis he puts on the freedom we have to derive meaning in our own lives. It really puts things into perspective like... you have the choice and the means to decide how you want to live your life...regardless of the suffering that you may be experiencing

i drank orange juice if that counts. and coffee. i took vitamins one of the days, but i actually kept forgetting because i normally take them with breakfast.
