Deep-fry for two minutes.
🇳🇵ALOO TARKARI (POTATO CURRY): Cut potatoes, chilis, tomato, and garlic. Add soya bean oil to heat in a pan. Add fenugreek seeds, potatoes, and water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add more water, turmeric, jira masala, salt, potatoes, and onions. Add water and other vegetables. Cook for another 10-15 minutes.

ADDRESS: 1.5 hours from Bhujung village

🇳🇵GOAT CURRY: Add oil to heat in a pan. Add goat meat in and fry. Add turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, salt and water. Stir well to mix.
🇳🇵FRIED JUNGLE MUSHROOMS: Place jungle mushrooms in hot water. Add oil to heat in a pan, then add onions and garlic. Stir-fry mushrooms in pan, then add salt.
🇳🇵GOAT BBQ: Marinate goat meat with salt, chili powder, masala, and cumin powder. Skewer the meat-grill on medium heat.

@@mrme123music Yeah, the Iran episode is one of my favorites too. Sonny has this one segment where he says "people are people and not their government." I thought that was a really poignant observation and I found it relevant even if you're living in your native country. Politics have a tendency to divide us but we're all still human at the end of the day and if you try to see those around you as friends instead of enemies then you'll feel more connected with those around you.

Dang almost 10 million within a few years. When i watch his subs was like a bit over 1 million and other famous food reviewer you-tuber was around 5 million at that time. Another great video from BEFRS 🤩I dont know if you know but Nepal's national flower is Rododendron, the flower mentioned responsible of making the honey special (mad). As a kid, my granny used to send me mountain honey from our ancestral village in the mountains of Nepal to the city where I lived. Such sweet memory 🤤
